1. Nature of Service

DontApply.Club is a software platform ("the Platform") that provides AI-powered career intelligence tools. We are not a recruitment agency, employment agency, visa consultancy, or immigration advisory service. Our Platform processes publicly available job market data and uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and prompts for users. We do not make hiring decisions, nor do we influence any employer's recruitment process.

2. No Guarantees

DontApply.Club does not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interview invitations, visa sponsorship, or any employment outcome. Our tools are designed to assist and inform your career strategy — they do not replace your own judgment, effort, or professional discretion.

3. AI Disclaimer

Our AI-generated content (including resume suggestions, interview questions, cover letters, and career recommendations) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any professional context. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile and uploading resumes. You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Access the Platform through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) without our explicit permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data or content from the Platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

7. Refund and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DontApply.Club disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Platform in the preceding twelve months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
