2. Do you guarantee that I will get a job?

No. We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or any employment outcome. Our platform provides data-driven intelligence — match scores, skill gap analysis, resume optimization, and interview preparation — to help you make informed career decisions. Your success depends on your skills, effort, and the job market.

3. Do you guarantee visa sponsorship?

No. We provide transparency about which companies have a history of visa sponsorship, based on publicly available data. This helps you focus your efforts on employers who are already open to international talent. However, we do not guarantee that any employer will sponsor your visa — that decision is entirely up to the employer.

4. How does the matching work?

Our AI engine analyzes your profile — skills, experience, preferences, and resume — and compares it against recent job postings in real-time. We calculate a match score for each job based on multiple factors: required skills, nice-to-have skills, title relevance, languages, country, remote policy, and visa sponsorship history. The higher the score, the better the fit.

Absolutely not. We believe you should be in full control of your job search. We provide intelligence, insights, and AI-powered prompts — but you review every opportunity and make every application yourself. No auto-apply. No automation. No surprises.

6. Is my data secure?

Yes. We implement industry-standard security measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure database access, and regular security reviews. No. Your resume is for your eyes only. We never share your resume, profile data, or personal information with employers or recruiters. You are the only one who decides when and where to submit your application.

8. What is the difference between free and premium?

Free users can browse jobs, use advanced search, and view job details — all completely free and unlimited. However, to get match scores, save targets, tailor resumes, track applications, and access all premium features, you need to activate a 7-day free trial or purchase a Premium subscription.
