Refund Policy

1. General Principles

DontApply.Club ("we", "our", "us") offers subscription-based access to our AI-powered career intelligence platform. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for subscription payments.

Payments are processed manually. You should pay via USDT (cryptocurrency, TRC20 network). We do not store your payment details directly.

2. Cooling-Off Period (14-Day Right to Cancel)

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not started using the service.

However, by subscribing and using our platform, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately. If you access any premium features (e.g., match scores, AI prompts, target tracking, resume optimization) during the 14-day period, you forfeit your right to a full refund, and we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount proportional to the service already provided.

3. When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate payment in full.
  • Service Unavailable: If our platform is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to a technical issue on our side, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing Error: If we charged you an incorrect amount, we will refund the difference.
  • Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, statutory cooling-off rights apply as described in Section 2.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after using the service, no refund will be provided.
  • No Job Offers: We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or visa sponsorship — therefore, not receiving a job offer does not entitle you to a refund.
  • User Error: We cannot refund payments made to the wrong account or due to your own bank errors.
  • Partial Months: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, no refund is provided for the remaining days of the current month. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • Free Trial Conversion: If you start a free trial and upgrade to a paid subscription, the free trial period is not refundable (it was free).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to info@dontapply.club with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, and order code (if available)
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Attach the payment receipt/screenshot if applicable

We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days after confirmation.

6. Payment Method for Refunds

Since all payments are made via card-to-card transfers, refunds are processed through the same method. You must provide your bank account details or card number for us to initiate the transfer. We take no responsibility for delays caused by your bank or the banking system.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is provided for the remaining time in the current cycle, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not used the service, you may receive a full refund as described in Section 2.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to provide refunds due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to bank failures, regulatory changes, or natural disasters.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
