Senior DevOps Engineer

Kredivo is hiring an Senior DevOps Engineer (SDE3) in Indonesia Office who will be a key technical leader responsible for building, automating, and maintaining infrastructure for Kredivo International, collaborating closely with engineers across products and stakeholders to architect robust CI/CD pipelines, enhance system reliability, and enforce security best practices. This position will report to the Infra Lead and will be accountable for driving initiatives end-to-end and mentoring junior engineers while staying hands-on with the code. In this role you will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure systems across multiple environments, and for owning and improving CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery speed, testing coverage, and deployment safety. In addition, you will be responsible for leading incident response and postmortem reviews, enforcing best practices in infrastructure as code and observability, and driving cost optimization across our cloud infrastructure. About The Job Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure systems across multiple environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, ECS etc.)Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery speed, testing coverage, and deployment safetyLead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews with a focus on preventing recurrenceDevelop and enforce best practices in infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and observabilityWork closely with engineering teams to guide architectural decisions that support high availability and fault toleranceDrive cost optimization and resource efficiency across our cloud infrastructureProactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, architectural risks, or security vulnerabilitiesMentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharingCollaborate with compliance and cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulationsTake ownership of high-impact initiatives and lead cross-functional projects About You 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure EngineeringGood experience in Kubernetes highly preferredGood experience in automation highly preferredDeep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)Strong hands-on expertise with container orchestration (Kubernetes), AWS ECS, Helm, ArgoCD and service mesh technologiesProven experience writing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, DNS, and performance tuningDeep understanding of firewalls, NAT and packet filtering (specifically Iptables)Expertise in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Scalyr, ELK, or similar)Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or BashExperience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipeline, or JenkinsFamiliarity with secrets management (AWS KMS, etc)Familiarity with migration of services and server to the cloud and containersExperienced with Atlassian products.Experienced with JumpCloud is plusExperience in data analysis and visualizationDemonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineersExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
