Azure Infrastructure Engineer

WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a Azure Infrastructure Engineer to own implementation of Azure infrastructure standards and improve platform maturity. The ideal candidate can design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions, optimize infrastructure for efficiency and performance, and drive consistent automation and governance practices. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient Azure infrastructure solutionsOwn Azure infrastructure implementation for compute, storage, networking components, and Platform as a ServiceDefine and enforce Infrastructure as Code patterns using PowerShell, ARM templates, and Azure AutomationImplement and enforce Azure security best practices and compliance standards across infrastructure servicesLead troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues and drive reliability improvementsEstablish monitoring and operational practices to maintain system performance and reduce service degradationImplement and enforce governance controls using Azure Policy and Key VaultConduct policy audits and ensure compliance across Azure resourcesStandardize and analyze Azure resource usage; support cost optimization strategiesCollaborate with developers, operations, and security personnel to support technology strategy Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Azure infrastructure servicesAdvanced proficiency in PowerShell, ARM templates, and automation practicesStrong understanding of infrastructure concepts (Virtual Machines, App Services, Automation, Azure Policy, Key Vault)Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-900) preferred Desired Qualifications/Skills Microsoft 365 AdministrationDatadog Monitoring and ManagementEntra ID and PurviewExperience in the finance industryExperience with acquisitions with data and integration WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
