Senior IT Product Owner - E-commerce | The Hague (Hybrid) About the Role A leading technology-driven organisation is looking for a Senior IT Product Owner to own and enhance its online sales journeys across multiple consumer brands. You'll define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and work closely with commercial and technical teams to improve customer experience, conversion, and platform performance. This role combines product strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for digital sales platforms.Optimise end-to-end online customer journeys.Prioritise features based on customer value, business goals, and technical health.Work closely with Marketing, Product, E-commerce, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams.Use KPIs such as conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.Key Requirements 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a large B2C environment.Strong experience with digital products, e-commerce, or customer journey optimisation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to influence product decisions.Fluent Dutch and English.Desirable Experience within telecom, subscription, retail, or other customer-focused industries.Understanding of Agile software delivery and digital platforms.Experience balancing new features with scalability and technical improvements.Location Hybrid working (3 days onsite).Candidates must already live in the Netherlands and have the right to work there.
