Platform Engineer

Your mission As a Platform Engineer (m/f/d), you are a key member of our team and actively shape the technological foundation that enables our development teams to deliver products quickly, reliably, and at scale. You move confidently between day-to-day operations and the continuous evolution of our platform. At the intersection of infrastructure, development, and automation, you are a problem-solver and driving force. You manage and optimize our OpenShift-based platform, handle requests from internal engineers and customers, and push forward the automation of our processes and pipelines. Our environment is hybrid – we operate across Private Cloud and AWS, using Kubernetes as the connecting technology that gives us maximum flexibility. You work closely with our external partner, who operates the underlying cluster infrastructure, while you and your team make the platform accessible and continuously improve it for our developers. In the mid-term, we aim to increase the share of proactive platform development – and you will have the opportunity to actively shape this journey.
