A technology team is seeking an experienced L2/L3 MES Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing execution systems in a production environment. You will resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, monitor application health, support deployments and upgrades, document solutions, and coordinate with global technical and business teams. Five or more years of experience, strong Apriso MES expertise, SQL troubleshooting skills, ITIL-based support knowledge, and fluent German and English are required.

🚀 Hiring Role : Apriso MES Support Engineer (L2/L3) with German Language Expertise 📍 Location: Germany / Remote 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Apriso MES Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong German language skills to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in MES support, manufacturing operations, and troubleshooting complex production issues, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities ✅ Provide L2/L3 support for Apriso MES applications and manufacturing systems. ✅ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests. ✅ Monitor MES application health and ensure system availability. ✅ Work closely with business users, plant teams, and technical stakeholders. ✅ Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. ✅ Support deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements. ✅ Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. ✅ Coordinate with global teams to resolve critical issues. Required Skills Strong experience with DELMIA Apriso MES.Experience in L2/L3 Production Support.Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Shop Floor Operations.SQL querying and database troubleshooting skills.Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Fluency in German and English (Written & Spoken).Preferred Skills Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains.Exposure to integrations with ERP systems such as SAP.Knowledge of MES deployments, configurations, and enhancements.ITIL Certification is a plus.What We're Looking For ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment. ✔ Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach. ✔ Willingness to support global manufacturing operations.
