[담당업무] Field Application Engineer for Server고객 및 고객사의 품질 이슈에 대한 초기 대응기술 이슈 발생 시 문제 분석 및 해결을 위한 분석 보고서 작성 및 분석 샘플 발송대만 본사 기술팀 엔지니어들과의 기술 이슈 해결을 위한 커뮤니케이션고객사의 신규 프로젝트 개발 업무 지원전자파 적합 등록(KCC) 관련 자료 취합, 시험 의뢰 및 시험 일정 관리 [지원자격] 본사 매니저와 영어로 기술적 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분Server 및 기타 IT 제품 관련 경험 및 지식을 보유하신 분GPU Server 혹은 IDC/CSP 경험자해당 경력 5년 이상인 자IT 또는 컴퓨터 공학 관련 학위 보유자 우대 [Responsibilities] Field Application Engineer for ServerInitial response to quality issues of customersPreparation of analysis reports and sending analysis samples for problem analysis and resolution in the event of technical issuesCommunication with engineers from the technical team at the Taiwan headquarters to solve technical issuesSupport for new project development of customersCollecting data related to Electromagnetic Compatibility Registration (KCC), requesting tests, and scheduling tests [Qualifications] English fluency to communicate technical issues with HQExperience and knowledge about Server and other IT productsExperience regarding GPU Server or IDC/CSPMore than 5 years of experienceIT or computer science-related degree holders are plus
