Your Role: As a Senior .NET Developer, you will take ownership of complex modules and architectural decisions within our core systems. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle — from design and implementation to optimization and long-term sustainability. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, mentor less experienced engineers, and help maintain high standards of code quality and engineering discipline. What You’ll Do: Design and implement scalable C# / .NET solutionsTake ownership of complex features and architectural improvementsModernize and simplify legacy systems where appropriateContribute to microservices-based solutions and system integrationsTroubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issuesMentor junior engineers and support onboardingParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
