Lead Fullstack Engineer

About the Role: As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling high-quality digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in developing both frontend and backend applications. Working closely with Product, Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive engineering best practices, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and maintainable software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, and making a meaningful impact on product development. What You'll Do Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance fullstack applications.Lead the development of new features and continuously improve existing products.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Backend Engineers and the broader engineering team.Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality.Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Define and improve application architecture, system performance, and software reliability.Drive testing strategies, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.Create and maintain clear technical documentation.Facilitate technical discussions, sprint planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team. About You: We're looking for a passionate engineering leader who enjoys building scalable products and helping teams succeed. You have strong technical expertise across both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance hands-on engineering with team leadership. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5–7 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript for backend development.Solid experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and application development lifecycle.Experience with SQL databases, query optimization, and system performance tuning.Proven experience building and maintaining modern web and/or mobile applications.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, driving engineering excellence, and fostering a positive team culture.
