Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Overview Natzka is a Zurich-based software company building an innovative, AI-enabled Decision Intelligence Platform. We help organizations make better decisions through data integration, advanced analytics, and intelligent workflows, and our team cares deeply about performance, usability, and clean design. We are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help us build and scale our platform. What you will do: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across our platform (frontend and backend)Own features from idea to production, including architecture, implementation, and deploymentWork closely with product, design, and data teams to turn complex requirements into effective technical solutionsMaintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and best practicesImprove system performance, scalability, and reliabilityMentor engineers and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering cultureIdentify and drive technical improvements across the stack What we require: Proven experience building and shipping complex web applicationsProficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQLSolid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS), and modern frontend and backend frameworksAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience implementing customer-facing AI featuresFluency in English What we offer: Competitive compensation based on experience and performanceThe opportunity to shape a growing product at an early stageA high-impact role with ownership and autonomy How to apply: Please send your application (CV, references, and education certificates) to career@natzka.com.
