Your responsibilities Design and deliver features across the full stack — NestJS (Node 20, TypeScript) on the backend and Next.js 14 / React 18 on the frontendDevelop our role-based application suite (customer PWA, provider PWA, admin panel) within a single Next.js codebaseBuild and consume REST APIs; model data in PostgreSQL 16 with Prisma ORMImplement asynchronous workflows with BullMQ — notifications and real-time job dispatchIntegrate the Przelewy24 payment gateway and third-party servicesTake part in code reviews and architectural decisions, working directly with the Tech Lead and Product OwnerOur requirements Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with Node.js and ReactStrong command of TypeScriptSolid working knowledge of relational databases (SQL)Good command of English (our working language)Availability to work on-site from our Warsaw office (Wola district)Ownership mindset — you take a feature from idea to production in a small, fast-moving teamNice to have Hands-on experience with NestJS and/or Next.js App RouterFamiliarity with Prisma, BullMQ, Docker ComposeExperience with payment-gateway integrations, marketplaces, or PWA developmentAdditional languages (Polish, Spanish, or any other)What we offer 14,000–15,000 PLN gross (UoP) or net + VAT (B2B) — you choose the contract typeFounding-engineer position with genuine influence on product and architectureA fully specified MVP and documented architecture — you build, not guessDirect, no-corporate-layers collaboration with the founder and Tech LeadModern office in Warsaw-Wola
