Requirements The ideal candidate should be able to: Coordinate the full lifecycle of an online project though all the stages of UX, design, front and back-end development, testing and delivery of the final product Participate in meetings with clients and guide them through all the required steps (present plans and deliverables, explain processes, keep meeting minutes)Efficiently communicate with clients and third party vendors, through all available channels and succeed in increasing client satisfaction establishing mutual trust relationshipsUnderstand business needs, in various business sectors and consult clients on their digital transformation journeyTranslate clients needs and decisions taken to the production team by authoring a thorough specification documentPossess a deep understanding of web development processes in terms of strategy and design all through to development and related technologiesParticipate in technical meetings with different third party vendors, understand requirements and make decisions on systems' integrations talksHave a thorough understanding of the company's products and services Have strong technical knowledge, to be able to talk effectively with both the technical team and the client, anticipate and prevent any underlying technical issuesHelp the production team formulate solutions that solve customer problems in relation to online commerce, news portals, travel portals and other online business projectsDevelop the project's timeplan taking into account client's needs, third parties' capabilities, technical requirements and systems involved Lead the production process of offered solutions by working with, inspiring and motivating the IT, UX, Design, Development and Digital Marketing teamsWork to unearth and solve any problems with the functionality of a solution by coordinating testing processes working along the production teamSupervise the project team by appropriately assigning tasks and properly allocating resources to meet deadlinesSucceed in meeting project goals within the specified budget of the client and the organization by continuously adjusting project parameters Be flexible enough to handle project requirements changes, technical difficulties and demanding clients by maintaining project control and offering intuitive solutions Author project user manuals and train project beneficiaries on the use of the projects developed Generate periodic project status reports for stakeholdersMaintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application to client's projects Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent2+ years of web project management experience in large scale web projects, preferably e-commerceDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methodsExcellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem solving skillsProject Management Certification from an accredited institution would be a plus Benefits Private Health Insurance - covering you and your loved ones, because your family's well-being matters to usUnlimited Coffee - enjoy free coffee anytime at our cozy on-site cafeteria. 24/7 Mental Health Support - unlimited access to professional psychological support whenever you need it.
