Customer Engineer / Agent Builder

We're hiring Customer Engineers / Agent Builders to own AI agent builds end-to-end for enterprise customers from scoping through launch and iteration. This is a highly technical, highly visible delivery seat: roughly 50/50 to 60/40 technical-to-customer-facing, working directly with senior technical stakeholders on the customer side. What You'll Own • End-to-end execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from scoping through launch and iteration • Configure agent behavior and guardrails for quality, reliability, and compliant performance • Set up, test, and validate customer integrations, building tools and workflows as needed • Interface directly with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and drive delivery • Partner with Agent PMs, Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver repeatable agent builds What We're Looking For • 3–5 years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or technical PM) • Strong Python proficiency • Comfortable writing code, working with APIs, and building or validating integrations end-to-end • Proven ability to deliver production-grade customer solutions requiring structured testing and iteration • A clear communicator who can translate requirements into implementation plans Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $175,000–$230,000 • Competitive equity • Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family • Life insurance and disability benefits • Retirement plan • Parental leave • H-1B visa sponsorship Why Apply Competitive equity, full benefits for you and your family, parental leave, and H-1B visa sponsorship with the chance to shape how the world's largest brands deploy AI agents.
