What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of software engineersStay hands-on with software development and technical problem-solvingDesign and build scalable applications across cloud, on-premise, and edge environmentsInfluence architecture decisions and engineering standardsDrive best practices around testing, CI/CD, GitOps, and developer experienceCollaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions Tech Environment You'll work with technologies including: Go, Python, TypeScriptKubernetes & DockerPostgreSQL & RedisgRPC, REST APIs, OpenAPI, ProtobufCI/CD, GitOps, Azure DevOpsModern software architecture principles (SOLID, DDD) What They're Looking For 8+ years of software engineering experienceExperience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similarStrong full-stack development backgroundExperience with distributed systems and cloud-native environmentsPassion for mentoring engineers and improving engineering practicesExperience in maritime, logistics, supply chain, or other complex operational environments is a plus.
