Your Responsibilities: Establishment, coordination, and technical leadership of an Embedded Development & Verification TeamSupport of employee development, from recruitment and onboarding through to professional growthEnsuring an efficient and high-quality development operation within international agile teams in the aerospace environmentPlanning, organization, and continuous development of engineering activities and resources within the disciplineActive participation in the design and optimization of development processes and methodsClose collaboration with department and group management at the Lindenberg siteFurther development and optimization of the development tool landscapeFuture assumption of disciplinary leadership responsibility Your Profile: Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in software and/or FPGA development for embedded systems using modern development methods and test environmentsSolid experience in software project managementInitial experience in technical or disciplinary leadership is an advantageStrong passion for quality and for the development of aerospace products or software/FPGA solutions in regulated industries, such as automotive or medical technologyHigh motivation to help shape new processes and structures in an agile environmentFluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for internal and external communication A permanent employment contract is offered. The position is compensated within the framework of the IG Metall collective agreement. The salary development includes several salary adjustments within the first 12 months. The average annual salary during the first year of employment is €82,000. Following this adjustment phase, the annual salary from the 13th to the 47th month is €105,000.
