Hiring: Senior Java Developer | Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) 🇳🇱 📍 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands 💼 Experience: 8+ Years 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 Days onsite) We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a banking project in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, with experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications. • Build scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. • Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality. • Design secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. • Work with distributed systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery. Mandatory Skills • 10+ years of Java development experience. • Strong Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices expertise. • Hands-on experience with Kafka and RESTful API development. • Experience with unit testing and integration testing. • Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture. Good to Have • Azure Cloud and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). • OpenAPI/Swagger. • Knowledge of Online Payments or Acquiring domain.
