Job Responsibilities
Process IT support tickets, troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site and complete documentationConduct daily maintenance, routine inspection and troubleshooting for network security devicesCommunicate with international teams and clients in English, organize maintenance documentsTroubleshoot basic network connectivity and access permission issuesSummarize solutions and continuously improve ticket handling efficiency
Job Requirements
Ethnic Chinese candidate with under 2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or networkingFluent in local language and proficient English for communication with overseas teamsBasic knowledge of computer networksUnderstand principles of network security devices with relevant O&M experienceExperience in connected vehicles is preferredQuick learner with good teamwork skills
