About The Role As an Automation Developer, you will support the design, delivery and improvement of automated solutions across the business. Working within the Automation Delivery Team, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop scalable automation capabilities and maintain solutions in production. This role combines hands-on development with problem solving, continuous improvement and collaboration to help deliver operational efficiencies and better customer outcomes. What You'll Do Design and develop automation workflows that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effortBuild, test and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using established development standardsCreate reusable components that support scalable automation across multiple business areasAnalyse production issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsDocument solutions, testing activities and technical designs to support ongoing maintenanceProvide guidance on automation technologies and contribute to best practice adoption What You'll Bring Experience developing solutions within a programming or software development environmentHands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue PrismKnowledge of software development practices including testing, documentation and version controlExperience with .NET, C#, Java or similar programming languagesUnderstanding of HTML, JavaScript and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or BashStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders What You'll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
