Workday Integration Engineer For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for: Workday Integration Engineer (Title stated in the contract: Software Engineer) We are hiring a Workday Integration Engineer for the globally distributed Employee Platform Integration Squad. You will take end-to-end ownership of integrations across the platform, working in a DevOps environment and covering the full integration lifecycle-from requirements analysis and solution architecture design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. As part of this role, you will contribute to and support key transformation initiatives across the HR and Communications domains, with significant opportunities to shape integration strategies, standards, and best practices while driving scalable and innovative solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment. The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 15 360 PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment. This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
