The Role Key Responsibilities Design and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environmentsDevelop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks)Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Ansible)Support and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)Execute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activitiesEnsure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies Client Engagement & Consult Approach Interact directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activitiesUnderstand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutionsContribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the teamSupport workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiativesApply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environments Team Collaboration Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture)Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolutionShare knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring) Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
