Business QA Analyst [m/f/d]

Job DescriptionOVERVIEW We are looking for a motivated Business QA Analyst with a strong focus on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance for our sports betting products. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of an international team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. In addition to traditional testing, you will play a key role in building and maintaining automated test solutions and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, coverage, and defect detection. You will also contribute to planning and documenting QA activities, including defining and executing test strategies across various projects in an agile environment. THE CHALLENGE Collaborate closely with development, product, and management teams across multiple locations worldwide on development of our sports betting platformsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and cross-browser testing Leverage AI-powered tools to generate test cases, analyze results, detect anomalies, and improve test coverage and efficiencyManage defect tracking from identification through replication, documentation, and regression testingContinuously improve QA processes by introducing automation and AI-driven approachesSupport test planning and documentation while driving the shift toward more automated and intelligent testing practices Tools you will be working with: Swagger, TestRail, Jira, Confluence, plus AI-assisted testing platforms and tools. YOUR PROFILE Strong interest in and passion for Sports and e-Sports will be an advantageSolid experience in a QA role with a strong focus on behaviour driven development and automationHands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to support testing activities (test generation, result analysis, defect prediction, etc.)Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, international teamsAmbitious, proactive, and ready to deliver resultsExcellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong team player with a continuous improvement mindset Considered a Plus: Experience in the sports betting industryExperience with agile methodologiesISTQB or other relevant QA certificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testsKnowledge of scripting/programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript)
