Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Scope of the role Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating software builds, testing, and deployment.Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Manage and enforce configuration standards across servers and services.Use configuration management tools to automate and maintain server configurations.Containerize applications using technologies like Docker.Orchestrate containers using Kubernetes, OpenShift , Rancher or similar platforms.Optimize container performance, scalability, and resource utilization.Monitor resource utilization, logs, and application health.Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management.Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes.Ensure knowledge sharing and transfer within the team. Job Objective and ResponsibilitiesDesigning, implementing, and maintaining an automated infrastructure that is scalable and reliable.Ensuring the efficient and secure operation of CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.Collaborating with security teams to maintain a secure environment and adhere to best practices. Job Specification and Qualifications Education Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.Knowledge and Experience of Enterprise IT Infrastructure.Proven experience in a DevOps/SRE role with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.Experience with the specified tools such as OpenShift, Argocd, Jenkins (deployment), Ansible AWX, Zabbix, Harbor, Nexus, GitLab, Kong, Kafka, and RHEL.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Docker (on top of Kubernetes) and Kubernetes (coding system).Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.Expertise in configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.Solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
