You will work directly with the founders on production systems, and the code you ship will carry real investigative work. Part-time is available: the role can fit around study or another commitment. What you will work on Product engineering across the platform: the interfaces analysts work in and the services behind them.Data pipelines that bring investigative sources into one place, built to hold up under real load.Features end to end. You pick up a problem, ship it, and own how it behaves in production.The same codebase as the founders, held to the same review bar. What we are looking for What matters You write TypeScript or Python comfortably and have shipped something real: production code, a serious side project, or open source that people use.You ship. You would rather deliver something solid this week than something perfect never.You hold reliable hours and communicate clearly in writing when the work is async. Preferred, Not Required Experience running agent or LLM systems in production.Exposure to intelligence, investigations, or trust and safety work. An Honest Word About The Work Azonic is an intelligence company. Most of what you build and see stays inside it, and discretion is a condition of the role, part-time or not. Some of the subject matter is grim; as an engineer you mostly work at a distance from it, but you will know what the platform is for. The rest is ordinary early-stage work: a small codebase, direct review from a founder, and priorities that shift as agency work comes online.
