Join us in shaping the digital experience of fitness enthusiasts around the world Build a product that inspires people to live healthier lives Collaborate with a team passionate about fitness and technology Ship features that reach a global audience About The Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer – React Native to join our LES MILLS B2B Engineering team — the team behind our club and instructor platforms. As a permanent member of the team, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our mobile applications. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, backend and automation engineers to deliver high-quality experiences while contributing to technical decisions, engineering standards, and the long-term success of our products. Skills And Experience You'll Need You're an experienced React Native engineer who enjoys building high-quality mobile applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real customer problems. You take ownership of your work, value clean, maintainable code, and are comfortable working in an agile product environment. You Will Ideally Need Experience In The Following Strong commercial experience developing React Native applications for iOS and Android. Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, React Navigation, and the React Native ecosystem. Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs and managing application state. Experience working with native modules and mobile app release processes. A solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design teams. Experience with Datadog, AWS, Lambda, and DynamoDB would be highly beneficial.
