We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud platforms, driving reliability, security, and performance across a modern multi-cloud environment (Azure + AWS). What You’ll Do: This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll act as both technical owner and trusted advisor across our platform: Own and optimise Azure and AWS cloud environments (compute, networking, IAM, storage)Build and scale infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)Drive CI/CD excellence with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub ActionsDesign monitoring, alerting and observability (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.)Embed security-first practices (IAM, secrets, encryption, compliance)Lead incident response, reliability engineering and disaster recovery planningOptimise cloud cost and FinOps practicesPartner with engineering teams to elevate DevOps maturity and platform design What you bring: 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud InfrastructureStrong hands-on experience with both Azure and AWS in productionDeep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automationExpertise in containerisation and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)Proven experience with monitoring and observability toolsA security-first mindset and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC2Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impactBonus: Experience with IoT, SaaS platforms, or FinOps What We Offer: Hybrid working conditions (3 x office days: 2 x days WFH)Competitive salary and benefits including Mental Health LeaveCareer growth opportunities with senior leadership exposureBe part of the fast-growing prop-tech sector focused on sustainability Why EPX?
