Java / Python Back End Software Engineer | Florida | Investment Bank | $120,000–$160,000 + Bonus & Benefits | On-site (5 Days) | US Citizens & Green Card Holders Only Our client, an investment bank is looking to hire Mid - Senior Software Back End Software Engineer to join their Florida team. This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems and want to play a hands-on technical leadership role. They’re interested in strong engineers who can think critically, build scalable solutions and mentor those around them. The role is a mix of hands-on development and technical leadership. You’ll be expected to carry out code reviews, support and mentor more junior engineers and still be very much involved in designing, building and shipping code yourself.
