Strong expertise in Core Java (collections, concurrency, NIO)Experience with Spring Boot, JPA, HibernateSolid understanding of integration patterns (Apache Camel)Hands-on experience with IBM MQ (configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning)Strong experience building microservices and RESTful APIsKnowledge of message formats and data transformation (XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON)Experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Git-based workflows)Comfortable working in Linux environments (bash, SSH)Understanding of API protocols (REST, SOAP)Experience delivering systems in a front-office / trading environmentKnowledge of financial products / investment banking domainDesirable
