Software Engineer

What You'll Do Design, develop, and enhance custom web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients to understand challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.Participate in solution design discussions and contribute ideas that improve scalability, performance, and user experience.Build modern applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services/APIs.Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.Support application integrations, data mapping, and data conversion initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through root-cause analysis and problem-solving.Participate in code reviews and help drive development best practices.Support testing efforts, including unit testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Create and maintain technical documentation to support long-term application success.Partner with project teams and end users to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver value. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).4+ years of professional software development experience.Hands-on experience with:C#.NET / ASP.NET MVCSQL ServerJavaScriptHTML & CSSREST and/or SOAP APIsStrong SQL development skills, including query writing, optimization, and database design.Experience working with system integrations, data-driven applications, and data mapping.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
