Engineering Manager | Platform Engineering Salary: Up to £114,000 + Bonus + Shares Location: Fully Remote | UK We're working with a well-established, product-led technology business serving a large consumer customer base through a modern digital platform. As they invest in the next phase of growth and architectural maturity, they're building out new engineering teams - and this is one of the foundational hires. This is a 50/50 role. You'll be hands-on in the technical Golang work - architecture, distributed systems, engineering standards - while leading and growing a newly formed team. If you're a strong engineer who's stepped into leadership but doesn't want to leave the technical work behind, this is the right shape.
