Lead the development of end-to-end features across the Food AI Console (Web), Client Integration APIs, and foundational platform infrastructure to ensure an experience for both internal specialist teams and external partners.Refine unified, generic APIs for critical platform functions, including menu ingestion, agent behavior configuration, and real-time streaming to support omnichannel use cases.Design and implement scalable architecture capable of self-service onboarding for a global customer base, ranging from major multi-national brands to independent sole proprietors.Build robust self-service tooling and automated evaluation frameworks, utilize LLM simulators and judges to monitor performance, manage complex test cases, and programmatically prevent regressions.
