ERP Integrations Engineer

Software Engineer - NetSuite/ERP Integrations Hybrid | High-growth tech company | Permanent We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, well-funded tech company building an AI-native platform that connects directly into customers' finance systems. The integration layer is core to the product, not a bolt-on. Important: this is not a NetSuite Developer role. We're looking for a software engineer first; strong in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with real production backend experience - who happens to be strong in NetSuite. What you'll do Own the connections between the platform and the ERP systems customers run - NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct and others. This isn't building one integration for one company's setup. You'll design connectors that work reliably across many different customers' instances at once, each with its own configuration, custom fields, and quirks. Auth, rate limits, retries, schema drift; everyday problems here, not edge cases. What we're looking for Strong, evidenced backend engineering experience in Python, Go, or TypeScriptReal integrations experience - ideally building connectors that serve multiple customers or environments simultaneously, not just maintaining one company's internal systemNetSuite depth is genuinely valued: SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteQL all matter, but sit alongside proper engineering fundamentals, not instead of themComfortable with distributed systems concepts: idempotency, retries, failure handling at scaleExperience working with OAuth/token-based auth and API-level integration workAccounting qualifications would be a huge plus Not the right fit if Your career has been shaped primarily around NetSuite admin, consultant, or implementation-partner work, without broader general software engineering experience.
