Junior Java Developer with German

We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career within our international team. Responsibilities: Participate in the development and maintenance of Java-based applications.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Contribute to the quality of software by writing and maintaining automated tests.Support the implementation of test automation solutions for web applications.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects together with the development team.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.Continuously learn and apply software engineering and test automation best practices. Requirements: Good knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Basic knowledge of Spring Boot/Spring is an advantage.Understanding of software testing fundamentals (manual or automated).Interest in test automation and software quality assurance.Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API testing.Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.Experience with Git.Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow towards an Automation QA Engineer role.Good command of German and English (B2 or higher) Nice to have: Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or another UI automation framework.Knowledge of JUnit or TestNG.Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.Basic knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).Familiarity with Docker.
