We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET Core/C# and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive front-end interfaces, robust backend APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and React.js.Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD processes to support automated deployments.Required Technical Skills Backend Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework/.NET CoreExperience developing REST APIs and MicroservicesEntity Framework / Entity Framework CoreLINQ and asynchronous programmingAuthentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD)Frontend Strong hands-on experience with React.jsJavaScript (ES6+), TypeScriptHTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UIState management libraries such as Redux or Context APIResponsive web design and cross-browser compatibilityDatabase SQL ServerDatabase design, query optimization, stored proceduresExposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) is a plusCloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure (preferred)Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure StorageAzure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or JenkinsDocker and containerization experienceCI/CD pipeline implementationTools & Technologies Git/GitHub/Azure ReposVisual Studio / VS CodePostman, Swagger/OpenAPISonarQube and code quality toolsPreferred Skills Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or Generative AI integrations.Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging services.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or Jest.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.4+ years of experience in full-stack application development.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Retail domains.Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AI-102).Experience developing AI-powered applications leveraging Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.Key Competencies Full Stack DevelopmentSolution DesignAPI DevelopmentCloud-Native DevelopmentPerformance OptimizationAgile DeliveryTeam CollaborationProblem SolvingContinuous Learning Why join Genpact?
