You’ll collaborate with engineering management to drive roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and AI projects to level up platform scalability and AI capabilities. While influencing high-level direction, you’ll remain deeply engaged in hands-on problem-solving, tackling complex challenges that push the boundaries of our systems. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering leadership to contribute to the technology strategy and roadmap.Design and implement components of the AI infrastructure that support various business functions.Assist in architectural decisions and support implementation across engineering teams.Contribute to the scaling of existing systems and the development of new tools and infrastructure.Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, customer focus, and engineering excellence.Set standards for quality and efficiency in software systems while balancing immediate customer needs with long-term technical goals.
