ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for a motivated Front-End Developer with skills in React to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. Our client in a technology company delivering enterprise software solutions for major projects in both the public and private sectors. It supports digital transformation initiatives through scalable, high-performance systems that drive efficiency and growth 📌 Location: Athens, Northen Suburbs, Premises easily accessible 📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 office days / 2 remote days per week). 🖋️ Reporting to: Engineering Lead What will you do: As a Front-End Developer, you will design and build responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools, creating user interfaces that are performant, accessible, and aligned with UX/UI and branding guidelines. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences, contribute to technical planning and code reviews, and stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies to continuously improve product quality. Your main responsibilities will be: Designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive web applications and digital platforms. Implementing user interfaces aligned with communication strategies, branding guidelines, and UX/UI best practicesCollaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Creative, Strategy, Content, Project Management)Supporting the delivery of digital projects, ensuring quality, performance, and reliabilityEnsuring cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and high performance across devicesContributing to technical planning, estimation, and documentation for digital projectsStaying informed on emerging front-end technologies and industry trends Requirements University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field3 years of professional experience in Front-End development. Hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role, preferably working with React and Redux. Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Ability to work effectively in structured environments with multiple stakeholders and team members. Any experience in the following will be considered an asset Experience in communication agencies or medium-to-large digital projects. Knowledge of CMS platforms and design systems. Familiarity with performance optimization, front-end testing tools, and debugging. Basic understanding of back-end technologies and integrations.
