Job Description: We are hiring a talented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation professional to join our team Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for project features and user stories, including BDD scenarios (Gherkin) and step definitionsDesign, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworksDefine and enforce test automation standards, coding guidelines, and BDD best practices across the QA teamIntegrate and maintain automation suites within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., regression, smoke, quality gate strategies)Drive API test automation and ensure alignment with UI and backend validationEstablish and implement a test data management strategy (test data creation, isolation, reusability, environment independence)Ensure cross-layer validation (UI, API, DB) for higher test reliability and coverageEstablish and manage a flaky test detection and quarantine process to stabilize CI pipelinesDrive test stability, execution speed, and parallelization strategiesImplement and pilot AI-driven test generation within CI/CD pipelines to improve test coveragePromote AI-augmented quality practices, including AI-assisted code reviews and test optimizationIdentify risks, gaps, and quality issues, and proactively propose solutionsPerform code review and test automation script review to ensure adherence to framework standards, best practices, and maintainabilityMentor team members and guide them on automation best practices and framework usageMaintain and improve test documentation, reporting, and dashboards Requirements: BS in Computer Science or related fieldProven experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer4+ years of hands-on experience in QA AutomationStrong programming skills in PythonHands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks (Behave/Cucumber)Strong experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch or scaling existing onesSolid experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Strong expertise in API automation testing (e.g., Postman, or similar tools)Experience defining and implementing test data management strategiesExperience testing real-time systems, trading platforms, or event-driven architecturesStrong understanding of BDD practices, Gherkin design, and maintainable step definitionsExperience in flaky test analysis, debugging, and stabilization techniquesExperience in code review and peer review of test automation scripts and BDD scenariosUnderstanding of CI/CD quality gates and automation metricsExposure to AI-driven testing, test generation, or AI-assisted development workflows is a plusStrong communication and leadership skills Why join CFI? · We’re a fast-growing, multinational company · Competitive salaries and benefits · Work and learn with industry professions · Supportive and collaborative environment · Unlimited opportunities for growth and development
