The Role: We are looking for an AI Engineer who lives and breathes AI and thrives on building scalable, data-heavy systems. You will help us leverage AI, custom web applications, and automation to streamline operations, manage huge datasets, and modernize our business workflows. This isn't a purely theoretical research role—it's about getting things built and deployed. You will work across our group of retail and consumer businesses to find opportunities where AI can automate manual work, process high-volume data, and power intelligent enterprise systems like ERPs. If you are a builder who regularly uses Claude, ChatGPT, and modern web frameworks to solve real-world operational problems, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Architect and deploy custom web applications, ERP integrations, and automated workflows using AI models and modern web frameworksHandle large volumes of corporate, financial, and supply chain data to create intelligent, automated data pipelinesAnalyze existing workflows in finance and supply chain to identify high-impact areas for AI automationConnect AI models (including Claude) and modern tech stacks with existing internal systems, databases, and third-party toolsWrite, refine, and optimize prompts and leverage RAG architectures to deliver consistent, context-aware, and reliable AI outputsWork alongside non-technical business teams to translate complex operational pain points into practical software solutions Core Technical Skills Needed: Languages: JavaScript or TypeScriptFrontend: React or Next.jsDatabases: Relational databases like PostgreSQLAI & Architecture: LLM integration and deep familiarity with AI concepts like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Automation & Scripting: Comfort with workflow tools (Zapier, Make, or n8n) and scripting (Python or JS/TS) What We're Looking For: Proven track record of working on data-intensive projects, web applications, and enterprise systems like ERPsDirect experience building with AI models, specifically Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMsStrong problem-solver who can break down messy processes Good communicator — can explain tech stuff to non-tech people Nice To Have: Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)Background in retail, e-commerce, or CPG agency environmentsProven track record of measuring ROI on automation and AI projects What We Offer: A chance to work with the exciting and rapidly growing global companyCareer growth and professional development supportCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonusesA collaborative and supportive workplace culture that celebrates creativity
