Engineering Manager (Remote – UK) Up to £95k + bonus + equity We’re working with a fast-scaling consumer platform on a mission to build a globally loved product used by millions. Backed by strong growth and a highly engaged user base, they’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a key squad focused on driving customer acquisition and conversion. This is a role for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and business impact, not just shipping features, but shaping what should be built and why. The role You’ll lead a cross-functional engineering squad focused on the early user journey, taking visitors from first touch through to conversion. Alongside line management responsibilities, you’ll partner closely with Product and Design, acting as a true counterpart to your PM. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence roadmap decisions, technical direction, and how the team delivers.
