What You Will Do Build and own end-to-end full-stack features for customer-facing dashboards that allow healthcare providers to self-serve and order lab tests.Architect the next version of a diagnostics API designed to scale from 4 million to 40 million tests within the next twelve months.Collaborate directly with customers to understand product usage, refining technical challenges into elegant software solutions that significantly reduce patient medical costs. The ideal candidate Has 3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments where you actively influenced product direction rather than just executing predefined tickets.Possesses strong proficiency in building API products and is comfortable working across the full stack with Python, Go, or TypeScript.Demonstrates deep product judgment and a focus on outcomes, with the ability to turn ambiguous healthcare constraints into clear, actionable technical plans.
