Production Engineer (DevOps / SRE)

I'm partnering with a leading global hedge fund to look for a Production Engineer to join their Singapore team. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving production challenges, automating manual processes, and improving the reliability of business-critical systems. The role focuses on three key areas: Engineering & Automation & AI: Develop automation, AI-powered operational solutions, internal tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and streamline production support.System Observability: Proactively monitor and improve the health, performance, and reliability of production systems.Production Operations & EUC Support: Resolve production incidents, provide regional EUC support, and continuously improve operational processes through automation. Requirements: Experience in Production Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Support.Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred, but any modern language is welcome), with experience building automation or internal tools.Hands-on experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, and improving system reliability.Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, LGTM stack) to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of production systems.Strong DevOps and CI/CD tooling and release automation experienceStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.Experience within financial services, investment banking, or trading environments is highly regarded.Comfortable participating in a rotating early-shift support schedule (approximately one week per month).
