They are currently seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their product engineering team in Amsterdam. This organization manages a high scale platform that processes over a million filings annually, helping professionals navigate complex regulatory landscapes with precision. As a member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and scaling core modules of a business critical platform. You will work on both back end and front end components to ensure the system remains stable and efficient while handling massive data volumes and intricate logic. Primary Responsibilities Build and improve core compliance and filing modules used by thousands of professionals. Implement modern engineering practices including the responsible use of AI assisted development tools. Design and develop APIs, interfaces, and integrations for a scalable cloud platform. Collaborate with fiscal domain experts and product owners to translate complex legislation into functional software. Maintain high code quality through consistent testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement. Candidate Requirements A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Two to five years of professional experience in software development. Technical proficiency with .NET Core and Azure environments. Familiarity with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React. Strong analytical skills and a focus on writing clean, maintainable code. Fluency in English is essential. The ability to read and understand Dutch documentation is required, though speaking Dutch is not mandatory.
