Senior Full Stack Developer | Fintech | .NET, C#, React, c. $200k package

Join a growing fintech technology platform where the software you build directly influences customer acquisition, onboarding, conversion and business growth. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong C#, .NET and React experience to build and improve high-performance, customer-facing digital products. You will work across backend services, APIs and modern frontend applications, taking genuine ownership from initial solution design through to production and ongoing optimisation. The role Working within a collaborative product and engineering team, you will help develop secure, scalable and reliable technology used by customers across multiple markets. You will work closely with engineering, product and UX specialists, contributing to technical decisions while remaining hands-on across the entire stack. What you will be doing Designing, building and maintaining backend services and APIs using C# and .NETDeveloping responsive, high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScriptTaking ownership of features from initial concept and technical design through to productionContributing to architecture, technical direction and engineering standardsBuilding customer-facing digital experiences focused on performance, usability and conversionWriting clean, testable and maintainable codeParticipating in code reviews and helping improve development practicesIdentifying and resolving performance, reliability and quality issuesCollaborating with product managers, UX designers and fellow engineersSupporting multi-region and multilingual digital products The role combines strong backend engineering with meaningful frontend product development, rather than being a backend position with occasional UI work. What we are looking for Strong commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NETSolid full stack development capabilityCommercial experience with React and TypeScriptExperience building APIs, backend services and customer-facing web applicationsA track record of shipping quality software within a genuine product environmentStrong understanding of clean code, testing, maintainability and failure scenariosAn interest in frontend performance, accessibility and user experienceThe confidence to contribute to architectural and technical decisionsA proactive mindset and genuine ownership of what happens after code reaches productionThe ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve Experience with headless CMS platforms, technical SEO, internationalisation, localisation, authentication or high-conversion digital products would be highly regarded.
