Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

That is why we are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-impact products, and actively participating in the technical decisions of a constantly evolving platform. Working hand in hand with Product, UX/UI, and the technology team, you will design, develop, and implement new features within our product ecosystem, participating in both frontend and backend development. What You’ll Do: Develop new features for both Frontend and Backend.Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs.Integrate internal services and third-party platforms.Participate in the technical design and architectural evolution of our products.Collaborate with Product Owners and UX Designers to transform requirements into functional solutions.Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.Ensure best practices in development, testing, and documentation.Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and Agile ceremonies.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within the platform. Requirements: Four (4) or more years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, developing modern web applications.Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.Proficiency in React and/or Next.js.Experience developing APIs with Node.js.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.Knowledge of architecture, security, and performance best practices.Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Nice to Have (Will be a Plus): Experience in the logistics sector, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.Experience developing products for the financial sector (Fintech, Banking, or Payments).Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging.Experience working on SaaS platforms or B2B products.
