Figure out what problems are we’re solving, for whom, why, and the market size. Define value proposition, nail the go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers and what is success in 1-3 years. Launch in Germany (and potetinally later across the EU). Iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S).
