Position Overview for the Sr DevSecOps Engineer:
Drive security practices within the application engineering team, emphasizing automation, controls, and threat-awareness.Recognize and embed security across all stages of the application delivery lifecycle.Improve engineering team efficiency by integrating security-focused solutions into pipelines, deployments, and platforms.Own the entire lifecycle management of production systems, from design to incident response.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and operational practices.Required Skills for the Sr DevSecOps Engineer:
Extensive background in software development, including experience with languages such as Java, .NET/C#, Python, Node.js, etc.Several years of experience working in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering environments, with a focus on integrating security practices.Proven ability to manage production systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and incident management.Practical knowledge of Salesforce continuous integration and deployment processes, including implementing automated testing and maintaining code coverage standards (experience with GearSet is a plus).Experience Amazon Web Services (AWS) components like IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudTrail, and related services, along with experience automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform.What’s in it for you?
