You will set priorities, make technical tradeoffs, run agile delivery processes, represent user needs, and coordinate dependencies across international stakeholders. Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, platform engineering, and modern AI infrastructure is essential, with cloud, container, CI/CD, RAG, and agentic AI experience highly valued.

You own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for two platform products: the MLOps/LLMOps Platform and the AI Service (LLM Gateway, Document Ingestion, Observability, internal chatbot platform)You set priorities, make tradeoff calls, and stay accountable for the value deliveredYou run the agile cadence (stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, retros) and keep the team focused and unblockedYou moderate and steer technical discussions, grasp the core of the debate, and drive the team to clear decisionsYou represent your users and turn their needs into platform capabilities and adoptionYou manage dependencies and risks across both products and align an international set of stakeholders
