Senior Software Engineer (Go) at BairesDev We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who knows Go well and has built distributed backend systems that hold up under real production pressure. You’re someone who has worked close to the infrastructure, understands how services behave at scale in cloud-native environments, and writes code that’s built to last. You’ll be contributing to a platform that powers AI and machine learning workloads for some of the world’s largest enterprises — technically demanding work with a meaningful footprint. What You’ll Do Design and develop high-performance backend services in Go, built for scalability and long-term reliability. Build and maintain distributed systems running on Kubernetes-native cloud infrastructure. Contribute to the development and operation of LLM and RAG-based platform features in production. Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn technical requirements into robust, maintainable solutions. Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices. Diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend services. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in IT roles. 3+ years of experience with Go as a primary programming language. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Solid background in distributed systems design and development. Exposure to LLM, RAG, or vector search technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Advanced proficiency in English.
