Role Description The Junior Frontend Developer will help build and maintain user-facing features for Avancer.ai’s web platform, ensuring an intuitive and responsive experience for customers.
Day-to-day tasks include implementing UI designs, writing clean and maintainable code, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and new product features.
The role also involves testing and debugging frontend components, improving accessibility, and participating in code reviews and sprint planning.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Amman, with a mix of on-site work and the possibility of working from home.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries, HTML, and CSS.Candidates should possess Web Development and Software Development skills, with an understanding of version control, code quality, and basic software engineering principles.Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design skills to ensure optimal layout and usability across desktop and mobile devices.Candidates should possess foundational Back-End Web Development knowledge to collaborate effectively on API integration and data handling.Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with UI/UX best practices, experience with testing tools, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.A relevant academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
